- 1. Where are garments made?
All Colored Organics garments are made in GOTS certified sweatshop free facilities in India. GOTS ensures that there is never ever child labor, and that workers have safe working environments, capped hours, and fair wages.
- 2. What type of dyes do you use?
Colored Organics garments only use AZO / heavy metal free, eco friendly water-based dyes to make sure our garments are super gentle and naturally hypoallergenic on your little ones skin!
- 3. Are your snaps nickel free?
Yes! Colored Organics garments feature metal snaps that are nickel and lead free!
- 4. What are your wash instructions?
Colored Organics garments should be machine washed cold on a delicate cycle and tumble dried low / hang dry.
Due to the nature of organic cotton, garments can shrink slightly when washed and dried. If in between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up!

- 5. Are garments 100% Organic cotton?
Colored Organics garments are made with GOTS certified organic cotton and almost all are made with 100% organic cotton. A few items, such as our Classic Leggings, have a small percentage of elastane for stretch. These items are still made with GOTS certified organic cotton.

- 6. Do Colored Organics garments have flame retardants or formaldehyde?
No. Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton is made without harmful pesticides or chemicals, like formaldehyde or flame retardants, which are dangerous for your child’s skin and for the environment.

Rewards Program:
- 1. How do I join Colored Organics Rewards Program?
To join Colored Organics Rewards, simply visit our Rewards page and click Sign Up. Follow the prompts and It's completely free to join. You will earn your first 500 coins just for signing up! If you already have an active Shopify account, you are already enrolled in the program. You can view your coin balance by clicking Sign In in the Loyalty launcher and logging in with your credentials.
- 2. How does Colored Organics rewards program work?
Once you join Colored Organics rewards by creating an account, every time you make a purchase on our site you will earn 10 coins per $1 spent. Log in to your account to view additional ways to earn coins!
Orders placed using redeemed rewards will not be eligible for earning points.
Points will only be issued on up to one order daily.
Only one redeemed reward can be used per order placed.
- 3. How do I check my coins rewards balance?
You can check your coins balance by clicking the launcher in the lower left corner and signing in or by logging into the Rewards page.
- 4. Can I redeem my coins all at once?
No, you can redeem your coins in increments of $5, $10, $25 and $50 off. Only one discount can be applied per order.
- 5. What happens to my coins if I make a purchase with coins, decide to make a return, and receive a refund?
Once a refund is successfully processed, the customer's coin balance is automatically recalculated. It may take up to 24-48 hours for coins to re-appear in balance. Orders that have been returned or partially returned will not receive coins.
- 6. Do my coins have an expiry date?
Yes, they expire after 90 days of inactivity. Inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any coins within the selected time frame. Customers who exceed 90 days without earning or redeeming coins will lose their accrued coin balance. Reminders will be sent via email 14 days and 7 days before expiring.

Shipping:
- 1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the continental US on retail orders $25+. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US are excluded from free shipping.
- 2. What shipping carriers do you use?
We offer shipping through USPS or UPS. A carrier will be assigned to your shipment based on factors such as weight and destination.
- 3. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within the domestic US take about 5-8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 2-4 days business days on average for your order to be packed.
- 4. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Packages are shipped from the US.

- 1. Do you offer gift wrap?
We do offer reusable gift bags. Our team will place your purchased product(s) into this bag and top it off with a bit of tissue! The gift bag fits 1-5 pieces.

Easy Returns
We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from www.coloredorganicsshop.com for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A $7.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.
Free Exchanges
We gladly accept new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from www.coloredorganicsshop.comfor exchange within 45 days of purchase. Exchange requests made within this timeframe will receive a complimentary return label. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Please note that only one free exchange will be provided per order. Additional return requests can be made on a single order; however subsequent requests will be issued as store credit minus the return fee of $7.00.
