A Print With A Purpose

Our April Give looked a little differently than our typical Monthly Give. In honor of Earth Day on April 22, we launched our Palm Print mini-collection with the commitment to donate 20% of the proceeds to the Rainforest Trust to help preserve rainforest habitats and the endangered species that inhabit them.

With the launch of this exclusive print, we are happy to have donated a total of $8,012.97.

The Rainforest Trust has been conserving rainforest habitats for over 30 years, protecting over 38 million acres of tropical habitat across the globe to date.

Over 50% of the world's biodiversity is found in rainforest habitats which face immediate and direct threats from climate change and deforestation. The Rainforest Trust works to establish legally-recognized protected areas in these forests while partnering with local organizations and communities to "achieve long term land management and species protection."

Team Cleanup

Additionally, this April the Colored Organics team ventured outside of the office into our local neighborhood in Minneapolis, Minnesota for a team cleanup. We spent the afternoon collecting trash and cleaning up the streets around our city.
